Rebecca Scott is currently the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Main Street Hospitality. Prior to this, Rebecca held roles at Marriott International, Pink Taco, Auberge Resorts Collection, Sage Hospitality, and Vail Resorts, accumulating experience in human resources management and support. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont.
