Main Street Media of Tennessee is a local media company headquartered in Gallatin, Tenn. and was founded in 2013. The company publishes newspapers, websites, social media pages, e-newsletters, podcasts and streaming TV shows with a special focus on hyper-local news – local government, local politics, local people, local events, high school sports and more. The core audience is the 10-county greater Nashville area. Across all platforms, Main Street Media reaches more than 2 million people a month. The company has more than 60 employees who live and work in their local communities. Main Street Media gives back to dozens of nonprofits across Middle Tennessee and its employees live out the company’s mission to help people better understand their local communities so they can live better lives.
