Jacob Swartz

Jacob Swartz, CWS®, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Private Client Advisor and Director of Research at Main Street Research since May 2021. In this role, Jacob oversees the firm's asset base, manages approximately 200 client relationships, and conducts thorough research on equity markets and economic conditions to support investment decisions. Prior to this, Jacob worked at Bloomberg LP in various roles, including Buyside Sales Account Manager and Senior Portfolio Risk/Analytics Specialist, where expertise in portfolio analysis and client engagement was developed. Earlier experience includes roles at MBF Capital Management as a Junior Analyst, myQuest as a Sales and Business Development Intern, and Harvey & Company LLC as an M&A Research Intern. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Chapman University.
