Romona Kuijntjes

Ramona Kuijntjes is currently the Head of Product at Hoist, where Ramona transformed the company to be product-led and successfully navigated two pivots with the CEO. Previously, Ramona worked at GoSite as a Product Manager, where Ramona released features that increased activation and GPV. Ramona also has experience as a Growth Analyst and Marketing Intern, demonstrating their expertise in user adoption, customer segmentation, and funnel management. Ramona has a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Design and Interaction from UC San Diego.
