Sam Heck

Sam Heck currently serves as the Director of Finance and Development at Maine Equal Justice, a role commenced in November 2024. Previously, Sam was the Director of Development and Community Relations at Milestone Recovery from December 2017 to November 2024, overseeing fundraising activities and external communications. Prior experience includes serving as Development Director at Victoria Mansion and holding the role of Director of Development and Community Relations at STRIVE. Additionally, Sam worked as a Loaned Executive with United Way of Greater Portland in 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Merrimack College, expected to be completed in February 2025, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colby College, earned in 2002.
