Prior experience includes over a decade at Thomas College, where roles ranged from Associate Vice President of Advancement to Interim Vice President, focusing on development, relationship building, and alignment of initiatives with institutional goals. Erin's background also includes significant positions at Maine Public Broadcasting Network as Major Gifts Officer & Special Events Manager, and at Hospice of Southern Maine as Development Director, where leadership was demonstrated in major fundraising campaigns and donor engagement. Earlier career experience included work as a Campaign Assistant at Gary Friedmann & Associates. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Maine, earned between 1999 and 2003, and graduated from John Bapst Memorial High School in 1998.
