Marcella Webster Durr is an experienced educator and inclusion specialist with a focus on supporting children with disabilities. Since June 2021, Marcella has served as a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School, where instruction involves foundational skills such as name recognition and basic literacy and numeracy. In addition, Marcella has worked with the Maine-Niles Association of Special Recreation since 2016, providing hands-on support for participants with disabilities in various educational settings. Previous roles include Certified Master Teacher at ChildTime Day Care and Special Education Instructional Aide at Madison Elementary School. Marcella's background is complemented by extensive volunteer work in youth and community ministries, along with a diverse professional history in healthcare and administrative support. Education includes an Associate degree in Patisserie & Baking from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and attendance at Robert Morris College.
