Randy "Dr. Box" Phares is an accomplished packaging consultant with extensive experience in the industry. As President and CEO of Dr. Box Consulting since 2010, Phares has become a valuable resource for process improvement across various packaging environments. As a Packaging and Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert at Maine Pointe and President of the Paperboard Packaging Group, Phares oversees significant initiatives within a global network of over 50,000 members. Phares has also served as a packaging expert witness in multi-million dollar cases and has played a vital role in setting packaging standards internationally. With prior leadership roles including General Manager at Temple-Inland and Marfred Industries, Phares has demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive productivity and profitability.
