Greg Fryer

Mr. Fryer heads the Securities Law Group of Verrill Dana, LLP, a New England regional law firm with principal offices in Portland,ME, Boston MA, and Westport CT. A substantial part of his practice is advising start-up companies or investors in transactions to raise capital. His other practice areas are corporate law, securities regulation, contract negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. Greg has been involved with the Maine Venture Fund, either as counsel or as a Board member, since its early days in 1997.
