Susan Folk

Susan Folk is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner currently working at Evergreen Senior Healthcare of Maine since April 2025 and at MaineGeneral Health since August 2018, where responsibilities include geriatrics, palliative care, and hospice nursing.
