Amy Holibaugh

Amy Holibaugh is an experienced professional in leadership development and education, currently serving as the Manager of Leadership Development at MaineHealth since October 2024. Previous roles include Education Manager at The University of Vermont Health Network - Home Health & Hospice, Online Learning Program Manager at The University of Vermont Health Network, and Learning & Development Strategist at The University of Vermont Medical Center. Amy has a strong foundation in learning and development, having also held positions at the Community College of Vermont and Millward Brown, where a promotion was achieved four times in five years. Academically, Amy holds a Master of Arts in Social Psychology and a Master of Education in Learning & Technology from the University of Connecticut and Western Governors University, respectively, along with various degrees and certificates in related fields.
