Bridget Miller

Bridget Miller has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations transformation and strategic planning. Bridget currently holds the position of Senior Director - Operations Transformation - Coastal Region at MaineHealth since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Operational Development at LINCOLNHEALTH starting from August 2021. Bridge also spent several years at LincolnHealth, Pen Bay Medical Center, and Waldo County General Hospital as the Director of Operational Development and Strategic Alignment from January 2015 onwards.

Bridget Miller received their Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy in 1994. Bridget then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Social Psychology from Regis University in 1997. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Acuity Institute in 2021, Team Stepps Master Trainer from PRIME Education in 2017, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Vision Training Systems in 2016, Problem Solving and Decision Making Certified Program Leader from Kepner-Tregoe in 2001, and Qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instructor from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type in 1997.
