Josh Ottow

Josh Ottow, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience across various industries and organizations. Josh is currently working at MaineHealth as the Director of Strategy Deployment, where they lead efforts to implement the organization's long-term and annual goals. Prior to this, they were the Operational Excellence and Improvement Lead at Spring Harbor Hospital and Center of Excellence. Josh has also served as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Gray Optics, where they developed strategies for employee retention and engagement. Josh has extensive experience in the education sector, having served as the Principal of Mt. Ararat Middle School and Assistant Principal at Yarmouth High School. Josh has also worked as an Assistant Principal and Teacher at Mt. Ararat High School. Earlier in their career, they were a Program Manager at City Year.
