Molly Paul

Molly Paul has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Molly currently holds the position of Director of Strategy at MaineHealth since 2023. Prior to this, Molly worked at VillageMD where they served as the Director, Provider Transactions & Growth from July 2021 to April 2023 and as the Director, Sales Operations from November 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining VillageMD, Molly held the role of Regional Director of Network Development at AMITA Health from October 2018 to October 2019. Molly was responsible for managing a clinically integrated network of over 1,000 physicians across four hospitals in Chicago.

Molly's earlier experience includes roles at Presence Health, where they worked as a Network Performance Manager from April 2016 to October 2018, a Project Manager, Network Development from June 2015 to March 2016, and a Community Health Strategy Intern from January 2015 to June 2015.

Molly also gained experience as a Patient Care Advocate at Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers from September 2012 to December 2013, and as a Rehabilitation Technician at University of Michigan Health-West from September 2010 to May 2012. Molly started their career as a Medical Assistant at Washington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine from August 2008 to June 2010.

Molly Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bates College from 2004 to 2008. Molly later pursued a Master of Public Health degree in Community Health Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2013 to 2015.
