Ava Notkin

Ava Notkin is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Strategy at GLOW creative agency since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Brand & Social Strategist at Dentsu Creative, where award-winning campaigns for clients such as Apple TV+ and Crayola were developed, and as a Strategist & Growth Manager at SailGP, focusing on performance marketing for a sports brand launch. At VaynerMedia, Ava held the position of Senior Social Strategist & Manager, overseeing a team dedicated to social strategy. Ava also delivered a keynote speech at TEDxSyracuse on the impacts of social media, leveraging expertise in digital branding. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management, attained in May 2023.
