Natalie Talbot Msn

Natalie Talbot MSN, RN, CPHQ currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality and Patient Safety at MaineHealth, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as the Director of Clinical Care Transformation at InterMed, P.A., overseeing clinical operations and leading a team of clinical managers from May 2023 to July 2024. From May 2017 to April 2023, Natalie held multiple roles at MaineHealth, including Director of Quality and Patient Safety. Natalie's experience includes significant contributions at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where responsibilities ranged from Quality Program Director of Nursing to Registered Nurse in oncology. Additional nursing experience has been gained at Pen Bay Medical Center and InterMed, P.A. Natalie holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, along with participation in the Hanley Health Leaders Alumni Association.
