Samantha Blais

Samantha Blais is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and operations. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Operations at MaineHealth since January 2023, Samantha provides leadership and oversight to the HR team, aligning projects with the system's strategic goals. Previously, from August 2015 to January 2023, Samantha worked as an HR Business Partner at Mid Coast Hospital, where consultation on performance, staffing, and employee relations was provided. Additionally, from June 2007 to August 2015, Samantha held various HR roles at Parkview Adventist Medical Center, including Human Resources Manager and Compensation and Benefits Manager. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College, earned in 2007.
