Tamara Stclaire

Tamara StClaire has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tamara started their career in 2000, holding director positions at Roche Diagnostics and Abbott. In 2006, they became the GM and VP Commercial Operations at Oxonica. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Chief Business Officer at Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), where they played a crucial role in driving the subsidiary's financial independence.

In 2013, StClaire joined Xerox Healthcare as the Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for creating and managing the company's product and services strategy. Tamara also led Xerox's telehealth efforts and launched Virtual Health Services.

From 2016, StClaire worked as a Digital Health Advisor for 2Morrow, Inc., a startup focusing on democratizing care through digital health programs. Tamara provided advice on strategy, business model, and fundraising.

In 2018, StClaire joined GuideWell as the SVP, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. Tamara developed the enterprise-level strategy and orchestrated the organization's open API strategy.

In 2019, StClaire became the CEO of Vive Benefits, where they successfully repositioned the company and created a partnership ecosystem. Under their leadership, Vive Benefits achieved revenue in less than 6 months and closed a crucial funding round.

Most recently, StClaire joined MaineHealth in 2023 as the President of Primary Care Delivery Services. Overall, their work experience spans leadership roles in the healthcare industry, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and business development.

Tamara StClaire earned an MBA in Business from Columbia Business School in 2004. Tamara also obtained an MBA in an unspecified field of study from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Additionally, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
