Trena Pavlosky Chagnon

Trena Pavlosky Chagnon has extensive experience in healthcare operations and leadership roles. Trena currently holds the position of Vice President of Cardiovascular Practice Operations at MaineHealth. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant in Healthcare Operations and Compliance and Strategic Opportunities from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Cardiovascular Service Line at Lovelace Health System from 2018 to 2020. From 2015 to 2020, they held the role of COO/Acting CEO at New Mexico Heart Institute. Trena also worked as the Vice President of Operations at Premise Health (formerly CHS Health Services) from 2004 to 2015.

Trena Pavlosky Chagnon obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from UT Health San Antonio in the year 1995.
