Tom Gale possesses extensive experience in technology and leadership within the marketing and digital sectors. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Executive Officer at Ethos Marketing and Design, Tom has played a vital role in transforming the agency to embrace digital trends. Additionally, Tom holds a position on the Board of Directors at Mainely Tubs and previously led VONT Performance Digital Marketing as Chief Executive Officer, where a focus on effective digital marketing strategies was established. Tom’s early career includes roles such as Chief Technology Officer at Gulf of Maine Ocean Observing System and Director of CRM Systems at Centex Destination Properties, along with significant impact as VP of Interactive Media at Resort Sports Network. Tom Gale holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Maine, respectively, and completed a Leadership Intensive program at the Institute for Civic Leadership.
