Serge Pinçon has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Serge currently works as the Head of Customer Experience & Operation at Mainframe Industries, where they focus on developing a long-term customer service strategy and implementing solutions to improve player experience. Prior to this, Serge worked at Blizzard Entertainment for many years in various roles, including Director of Regional Planning & Customer Support EMEA, Senior Manager of Regional Planning & Support EMEA, Group Manager of Support Information & Policy, European Process & Policy Lead, Customer Support Team Manager, Externalization Senior Game Master (FR), and Senior GM. Serge also gained experience as a Customer Support Supervisor at IGE.
Serge Pinçon obtained a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University, completing their education from 1996 to 2001.
