Thomas Merriman

Thomas Merriman has extensive experience in business development and account management, currently serving as Upper North Island Business Development and Account Manager at Mainfreight since January 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at Mainfreight Americas from April 2016 to November 2019, including Operations Manager and Key Account Manager, as well as Quality Control. Thomas's career at Mainfreight began in November 2011 as an Account Manager, and earlier experience includes service in the New Zealand Army with the New Zealand Defence Force from January 2006 to December 2007. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Massey University, earned between 2009 and 2011, and completed secondary education at Rathkeale College in Masterton, New Zealand, from 2001 to 2005.
