Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Alongside this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, work as a nutritionist in private practice, and teaching applied mathematics and history of food at a vocational training school.
