Diane Jacobson

Diane Jacobson began their work experience in 1995 as an Applications Specialist at CMS Data/Aderant. Diane then joined Mainline Information Systems in 1999 as a Business Applications Manager and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator. At Mainline, they managed several internal applications, including Salesforce.com, Xactly Incent, FinancialForce PSA, Office 365, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017. Diane worked closely with internal Developers and the Change Control committee to design and implement application modifications based on changes in business processes. In 2023, Diane took on the role of Business Application Consultant and Salesforce Advanced Administrator, but the company they worked for was not specified.

Diane Jacobson obtained their BS in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1981. Diane has also obtained additional certifications including Salesforce Advanced Administrator from Salesforce in October 2016 and Salesforce Administrator from Salesforce Training Center.com in August 2011.
