Acipm Chidera Nebo Amalu

Chidera Nebo Amalu, ACIPM, SHRM-Cp, serves as the Employee Development and Engagement Officer at MainOne since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing annual employee engagement plans, managing employee relations, and overseeing HMO management. Chidera also engages in culture management through various employee events and communications. Additionally, Chidera holds the position of Human Resources Officer at Human Resource Business Partner Solutions since March 2021 and previously worked as a Client Service Manager at Timeless Memories from July 2018 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Network and System Engineer at Neptune Software Plc from August 2011 to December 2015, focusing on software installations and system troubleshooting. Chidera earned a Master’s degree in Applied Geosciences from the University of Lagos (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2005-2010).
