Andrew Fay

Andrew Fay is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Software Investor at Mainsail Partners since December 2024, Andrew focuses on growth equity investments in bootstrapped B2B software companies. Previously, Andrew held the position of Chief of Staff at Recess Pickleball and worked as a Senior Associate at Guild Capital, specializing in venture capital. Earlier experience includes roles as a Private Equity Analyst at Leonard Green & Partners, an Investor and Board Observer at Troon, and involvement in several investment internships. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in 2019.
