Victor Illescas

Victor Illescas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety management and military recruitment. Currently serving as the Regional Safety Manager at Mainscape since May 2020, Victor also operates as a Safety Specialist at Leading Edge Safety LLC and has been a recruiter for the U.S. Army Contracting Command since October 2011. Victor’s military background includes various roles within the U.S. Army, culminating in retirement after significant service. Educational credentials include multiple safety certifications from the University of South Florida, an Associate of Science in Marketing from Post University, and instructor certifications from the American Red Cross and the National Safety Council.
