Ben Sandstrom

Ben Sandstrom is a professional with diverse experience in leadership, technical writing, sales, and operations. Currently serving as the Co-Lead for the MSE Multicultural Employee Research Group at Mainspring Energy, Ben is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and career development among employees. Previous roles include leading documentation projects as a Technical Writer at Mainspring Energy, managing sales outreach for Southern California at ValueDx, and guiding kayak tours for LA River Kayak Safari LLC. Ben has also held an intern position at CJ America, Inc., where responsibilities included improving internal operations and supporting executive teams. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UCLA and an Associate of Arts from Moorpark College.
