Cameron Wylie

Cameron Wylie is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in system design and optimization for renewable energy solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer at Mainspring Energy since May 2016, Cameron has progressed through various roles, focusing on mechanical engineering and design. Prior experience includes positions at WD, a Western Digital company, as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and extensive work at Skyline Solar as an R&D Lead and Lead Structural/Mechanical Design Engineer, where important contributions included developing system engineering tradeoffs and optimizing structural designs for solar energy systems. Cameron’s career began with an internship at Skyline Solar and involvement with the University of Michigan Solar Car Team, culminating in a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
