Jamie Shilling

New Product Validation & Reliability Test Lead at Mainspring Energy

Jamie Shilling has a strong background in engineering and project management. They started their career as a Project Engineer Intern at Bovis Lend Lease in 2007. They then worked as a Design Engineer at C&D Zodiac from 2008 to 2011. At Lockheed Martin, from 2011 to 2015, Jamie held roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and a Mechanical Design Engineer. Following that, they worked at Volute Inc. from 2015 to 2018, first as a Mechanical Engineer and later as the VP of Product Development. Jamie joined Linamar Corporation in 2018 as an Engineering Manager. Most recently, Jamie has been employed at Mainspring Energy since 2020, serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager and currently as the New Product Validation & Reliability Test Lead. Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Jamie Shilling attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. They also studied abroad at the University of Nicosia for a brief period in 2007. In 2014, Jamie obtained a Learn2Serve Certified Food Protection Manager certification from 360training.com.
