Michelle Yun

Michelle Yun currently serves as the Director, Senior Counsel at Mainspring Energy, overseeing areas such as supply chain, cybersecurity, IT contracts, labor and employment, governance, compliance, strategy, sales, and legal operations. Prior experience includes senior managerial roles at Alliant Energy, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Electrification Program, driving corporate strategy development, assisting with governance, and acting as in-house counsel. Michelle also held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Exelon and gained experience through various roles and internships in legal settings and as a Corporate Nuclear Licensing Engineer. Michelle holds a JD in Energy Regulation and Corporate Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
