Mitchell Hardman

Mitchell Hardman is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Operations and Analytics Engineer at Mainspring Energy since July 2022, and as President of the Vesta W and William J Hardman Jr Charitable Foundation Inc since December 2020. Prior roles include serving as Reliability Engineer at IKO North America, where significant improvements in preventative maintenance plans and critical asset management were achieved, and multiple engineering positions at Schlumberger, including Planning, Reliability, and Cost of Service Delivery Engineer, where a cloud-based dashboard system was developed, and Operations Reliability and Process Engineer, where streamlined workflows for electric submersible pumping systems were implemented. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
