Prior to this role, Thomas accumulated 16 years of experience at Cummins Inc., where contributions included leadership in the New Energy Solutions Business, overseeing design-to-order energy projects for microgrid applications, and exploring advanced renewable technologies. Thomas's extensive background includes various roles such as Senior Project Engineer, Hardware Engineering Specialist, Global CAD Design Manager, and Electro Mechanical Designer, complemented by degrees in Manufacturing Management and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the University of Minnesota and Hennepin Technical College.
