Laura Guilbert

Laura Guilbert is an experienced data science and analytics professional with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science & Analytics at Mainstay since June 2023, Laura previously held the position of Head of Analytics at Wisetack from December 2021 to May 2023 and was the Senior Director of Analytics at Chime from July 2019 to November 2021. Laura's career includes significant tenures at PwC, where roles as Director of Advanced Analytics for Targeting and Marketing and Director of Investigative Analytics were held for over 14 years, and as a Sr. Data Analyst at ERS Group. Additionally, Laura founded and presided over 1040 Tax Returns, Inc. and held analyst positions at Nextdoor Networks, Inc. and CircuiTree Publishing, LLC. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Santa Clara University, completed in 1996.
