Aakash Bikram Rana, PE, is a Structural Engineer with extensive experience in medium to high-rise commercial and mixed-use projects. Currently employed at Mainstay Engineering Group since May 2023, Aakash previously held positions at The Harman Group as a Structural Design Engineer and at CVM Professional as a Staff Structural Engineer, focusing on load calculations, structural analysis, and design responsibilities. Aakash began the professional journey as an Entry-level Engineer at Kasthamandap Engineering Consultancy and gained research experience as a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Aakash holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, following an undergraduate degree from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
