Jennifer Tinsley

Jennifer Tinsley, MBA, CCRP has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the medical and hospitality industries. Jennifer is currently the Director of Clinical Affairs at Mainstay Medical, where they lead and implements scientific engagement and advocacy strategies to support business development. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Medtronic in roles such as Sr. Clinical Research Program Manager, Sr. Principal Clinical Scientist, and Sr. Principal Clinical Research Specialist. During their time at Medtronic, they streamlined clinical evidence strategies, led cross-functional teams, optimized regional clinical evidence, and managed clinical trials. Jennifer also gained experience as a Clinical Research Associate II at AGA Medical and as a Senior Clinical Data Specialist at Boston Scientific/Guidant. Jennifer began their career as the Director of Operations at Hampton Inn Atlanta Airport and as an Office Manager and Receptionist for the State of Minnesota. Jennifer holds an MBA and is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).

Jennifer Tinsley, MBA, CCRP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Metro State University, obtained in 1998. Jennifer then completed an MBA from Metro State University from 2005 to 2008. In 2006, Jennifer obtained a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification from the Society of Clinical Research Associates. Jennifer also received an Applied Biostatistics Certificate in Biostatistics/Public Health from the University of Minnesota in 2014-2015.
