Michelle Reyes

Michelle (McGraw) Reyes has a comprehensive work experience in various roles across different companies. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Quality at Mainstay Medical since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Quality at Lucira Health from March 2022 to January 2023.

In their earlier career, Michelle held positions such as Sr Manager, R&D Sustainability and Manager, R&D Engineering Services & Sustainability at Philips from 2017 to 2022. Michelle also worked as a Quality/Regulatory Manager; Product Compliance and Staff Quality Engineer at DJO Global from 2013 to 2017.

Before that, Michelle was employed as a Sr. II Quality Engineer at Zimmer Dental from 2008 to 2013 and as a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer at Abbott Vascular Devices from 2005 to 2008. Michelle began their career as a Clinical Supply Chain Manager and Sr. Analytical Chemist at Ionis Pharmaceuticals from 1997 to 2005. Michelle also worked as an Associate Manufacturing Chemist II at Amgen in 1997 and as an Analytical Development Chemist II at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company from 1995 to 1997.

Michelle (McGraw) Reyes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Biochem emphasis from the University of San Diego between 1991 and 1994. Michelle later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the same university between 2006 and 2008. In 2021, Michelle attended Cornell University, where they completed a Certificate program in Executive Women in Leadership in 2022.
