Della Kennedy

Della Kennedy has over a decade of experience in human resources. Della most recently held the position of Human Resources Director at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Target from June 2019 to May 2021. Before Target, Della served as a Human Resources Manager at Verizon from April 2017 to June 2019. Della also has experience as a Senior HR Team Leader (HR Manager) at Target from October 2014 to March 2017, and as a Human Resources Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from January 2013 to December 2014.

Della Kennedy earned their Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Midwestern State University from 2010 to 2012. Della then continued their education at the University of Houston-Downtown, completing their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from 2012 to 2015.
