Heather Johanning

Heather Johanning has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions and TFI Family Service since December 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Midland Care Connection, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2019. Heather's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Topeka Capital-Journal from January 2004 to January 2018.

Heather Johanning completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Kansas University, which they attended from 1984 to 1990. Heather further pursued their education at Ottawa University, earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Administration between 1997 and 1999.
