Paul B. Rountree

Paul Rountree is an accomplished banking executive and community leader with extensive experience in various roles within the financial and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as President and Board Member of Mainstreet Community Bank of Florida since November 2015, Rountree is also a Board Member at BancServ, Inc. and President of PROJECT SCHOLARS INC, which focuses on raising funds for scholarships in South Lake County. Rountree’s leadership experience extends to serving as President and Chairman of the District Board of Trustees for South Lake Hospital from 2010 to July 2024, where the mission was to enhance community health and quality of life. Previous roles include Board Member at New Beginnings of Central Florida, Treasurer for the Community Foundation of South Lake, and founding President of First Green Bank, demonstrating a commitment to environmental and community well-being. Rountree’s career includes notable positions at Florida Choice Bank, First National Bank of Central Florida, and military service as an Aviation Operations Specialist in the US Army. Rountree holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.
