Bob Mayes has extensive experience in the credit union industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Bob started their career at CHEMICAL BANK / CHASE FINANCIAL as a District Center Manager from 1994 to 1997. Bob then worked at BANK OF AMERICA RV FINANCE CO as a Credit Manager from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they joined CommunityAmerica Credit Union as Vice President of Lending from 1999 to 2009. Bob then served as Vice President of Credit Union Support Services at the Kansas Credit Union Association from 2010 till now. Additionally, they have also worked at Mainstreet Credit Union, initially as the SVP/Chief Lending Officer from 2013 to 2022 and currently as the President/CEO since 2022.
