Bianca Monti

Bianca Monti's work experience includes roles in various companies and organizations. Bianca began their career as a Project Manager at Amazonas Sustainable Foundation in 2011, where they developed educational activities for young people and designed an annual activity book. Bianca then worked as a Program Manager, contributing to the development of educational and recreational activities in Amazon communities. In 2013, they became a Freelance Project Designer, providing communication and innovation solutions for social entrepreneurship clients. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Social Designer at Access Afya and The Amani Institute. In 2016, they joined Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' as a Professor, teaching an Innovation Class. Bianca also worked at Aerolab Digital as a Brand Manager, focusing on strategy and content, and later as a Project Manager, overseeing projects and teams. Prior to that, Bianca served as a Project and Team Manager at CISV International, where they developed and managed national and international programs focused on building leadership skills and promoting peace education. Most recently, they worked at Buenbit as a Product Manager, demonstrating an MVP mindset and defining internal processes. Currently, Bianca is employed as a Product Operations Manager at MaintainX, starting in 2023.

Bianca Monti's education history begins in 2009 when they attended the University of Buenos Aires. Bianca completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Soil Science and Agronomy, specializing in the general field. Following this, in 2013, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Cities and Creative Entrepreneurships Management at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, which they completed in 2014. Later in the same year, Bianca attended the Amani Institute, where they earned a Postgraduate Degree in Social Innovation Management. Finally, in 2020, they enrolled at Grow Escuela de Profesiones Digitales and obtained an Associate's degree in Digital Marketing.
