Espen Arntzen

Espen Arntzen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Espen started their career as a Laboratory Engineer at Analysesenteret i Trondheim in 2013. Espen then worked as a Product Developer and later as an Improvement Consultant at TINE SA from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they became a PhD Candidate at NTNU, where they worked until 2018. After that, they joined TINE SA again, this time as a Surveillancer Milk Quality, until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Quality and Process Engineer at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Norge AS. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Engineer at Maintech AS since 2022.

Espen Arntzen pursued their education by first completing a Bachelor's degree in Matteknologi from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) between the years 2007 and 2011. Espen then went on to earn a Master's degree in Matvitenskap from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) from 2011 to 2013.
