Torbjørn Sæthre

Torbjørn Sæthre has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Torbjørn is currently serving as the Managing Director at MainTech AS since October 2021. Torbjørn is also a Board Member at Aquastructures AS since June 2021. Previously, they worked at Elkem ASA for several years, holding multiple positions including Business Director - Silicon and Market Intelligence Manager. Torbjørn also served as a Market Analyst and Business Analyst during their time at Elkem. Prior to that, they had an internship at Agder Energi in 2006. Torbjørn Sæthre started their career as the President of Bindeleddet-NTNU, a student organization, from June 2004 to May 2005.

Torbjørn Sæthre earned a Master's degree in Technology of Industrial Economics and Technology management with a specialization in Energy Finance from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
