Wendy Crismore

Wendy Crismore is an experienced real estate investor and licensed REALTOR® with a diverse background in property management, graphic design, and executive leadership. Since June 2018, Wendy has focused on real estate investment through Penchant Properties, specializing in rentals, flips, BRRRRs, and mobile home parks. Wendy has held various positions within the real estate sector since 2003, including roles at Realty One of New Mexico and Coldwell Banker Legacy REALTORS, alongside management experience at Maintenance Service Systems, Inc., a family-owned business established in 1951. Educational qualifications include degrees in Visual Communications and Graphic Design, supplemented by professional training from Kaplan Professional Schools. A passion for graphic and web design is also evident in Wendy's ongoing freelance work.
