Carolyn Young

Carolyn Young is an experienced project manager currently with MainVue Homes since September 2020. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various positions at Quadrant Homes from April 2015 to May 2020, including production manager and superintendent. Carolyn's career in customer service began at Shea Homes, where roles included customer service manager, certified customer service lead, and customer service representative from January 2004 to January 2014. In these positions, Carolyn managed customer service activities, optimized trade partner effectiveness, and ensured compliance with customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards throughout Washington State.
