Serena Dudas

Serena Dudas is an experienced professional in land entitlements and planning, currently serving as the Assistant Project Manager of Land Entitlements and Feasibility at MainVue Homes since August 2022. Previously, Serena worked as a Planner at Blueline, where responsibilities included managing on-call contracts for plan review and preparing public engagement plans for long-range projects. At CASC Engineering and Consulting, Inc., as Associate Planner II, Serena prepared CEQA/NEPA environmental documents and contributed significantly to revenue generation. Serena’s earlier roles included Project Coordinator/Technician at Vision to Reality Consultants, where research and technical writing on anaerobic decomposition technology were key tasks, and Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Experience Mamoní, focusing on fieldwork and data analysis. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Redlands, complemented by international educational experiences and a high school diploma from Los Gatos High School.
