William Caragol

William Caragol has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the corporate and biotechnology sectors. William is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Iron Horse since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Mainz Biomed, where they played a crucial role in developing innovative diagnostic products to detect deadly conditions such as colorectal and pancreatic cancers. From 2009 to 2018, Caragol served as the CEO of PositiveID Corporation, where they contributed to the company's growth and success. William has also held positions such as Chairman at ExcitePCR, President at VeriChip Corporation, and SVP/CFO at Millivision Inc. In addition, Caragol has served as a board member for Worksport, GreenBox POS, and will join Janover in 2023 as a Member of the Board of Directors. Caragol's expertise lies in financial advisory, M&A strategy, corporate strategy, and leveraging their network to provide optimal services to clients as the Managing Director of Quidem LLC, a corporate advisory firm.

William Caragol earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University, which they attended from 1985 to 1989.
