Max Panaro is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in organizational development, digital transformation, and project management. Currently serving as the Group Organization, ICT and System Quality VP at Maire Tecnimont since October 2015, Max integrates technology and process improvements to drive business transformation in a leading multinational EPC contractor. Prior experience includes a tenure as Chairman at IPMA (Italy) and a Principal role at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on upstream transformation and capital projects. Max also held Principal positions at Bain & Company, contributing significant expertise in post-merger integration, and served as Business Development & Planning Manager at T-Systems Italia. Co-founder of Integra S.a.S. and a consultant for IRSO - Butera & Partners, Max's career began with a role as a Planning Specialist at Loro Piana Industries. Max holds an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
