Julie Maxwell

Julie Maxwell is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and facility management, currently serving as General Manager of Jazz Le St-Gabriel, a retirement residence operated by Cogir Immobilier, since February 2025. Maxwell has previously held the position of General Manager at Le St-Gabriel with Chartwell Retirement Residences from April 2018 to February 2025, focusing on operational management, human resources, and maintaining high occupancy rates. In addition to these roles, Maxwell has contributed to the Port of Montreal as a member of the Sustainable Development Committee and as an HR Advisor from February 2015 to April 2018. Maxwell's early career includes significant experience at CBC, Radio-Canada, where responsibilities included human resources support and project coordination.
